Therapeutic procedures include management of benign airway stenosis, laser bronchoscopy, cryotherapy, endobronchial brachytherapy, photodynamic therapy, and airway stents. Bronchoscopy is frequently performed in intensive care units (ICUs) for airway management and respiratory sampling.
