Wine includes still, sparkling, and nonalcoholic wines. Wine beverages include coolers, flavored wines, and packaged sangria.

Also excluded from this report are all bulk containers not intended primarily for in-home or consumer use including drums, rigid bulk containers, and barrels.

Historical data (2012, 2017, and 2022) and forecasts for 2027 are presented for demand for wine and wine beverage packaging by value in current dollars (including inflation), as well as units; demand data by market is presented in current dollars and units. In addition, annual data from 2019 to 2026 is also presented. "Demand" (or sales) is defined as all shipments from US plants, plus imports minus exports.
