Thales will deliver NS50 radars to MCMV ships in the Belgian and Dutch navies. Thales, a French aerospace and defence corporation, has been awarded a contract by the Belgian Navy to provide its new NS50 radar to the Royal Netherlands Navy's next generation mine countermeasures ships.Thales NS50 radars will be installed aboard 12 MCMVs under the new contract.Belgium Naval & Robotics, a Naval Group and ECA Group collaboration, is leading the MCMV programme.
