What is your refund/return policy?

Due to the nature of information products and the ease with which their value can be transferred, many of our client content providers will not accept returns under any circumstances. What are the different types of licenses?

Licenses are defined as the intended usage for a report. For example, a single user license is for one predetermined user to read and access the report.
